Bail

These are policies issued to cover guarantees stipulated in contracts between private companies and also between private and public-sector business. They are set with a financial sum agreed under contract to cover liabilities related to the non-compliance of certain obligations assigned to the “Proponent” (the party that acquires the obligations) and the “Insured” (they party that is due the obligation).

Civil liability

This type of policy protects the insured party against third party claims related to damages which can include material or physical damages.

These damages can incur from a business or professional activity, from personal responsibilities or responsibilities for goods in their care.

Workplace accidents

The “workplace wccidents and related health problems” type of policies aim to cover the employer’s civil liabilities and obligations towards its employees in case of accidents or injuries/diseases arising from workplace and professional activities.

These policies also provide a cover for the employees in accordance with the law 19.074, where it has been established that “workplace insurance coverage” is mandatory for all employers.

Cargo

This type of policy covers the merchandise and goods for damages while being transported in all modes of transportation (water, air or land).

These can be hired annually or by trip, and they cover the goods from origin to destination including all portions of the trip.

Airplanes

These cover the airplane itself, civil liability for pilots, passengers and third parties. Civil liability coverage is mandatory for all uses of an airplane. It is compulsory to show the insurance certificate before the authorities at DINACIA.
